1. RESERVATIONS
ONLY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT THE RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED FIXED.
2. PAYMENT
As a deposit, 30% of the total amount is required to be paid by bank transfer.

The balance must be paid upon arrival at the same time as collecting the keys.
3. ARRIVAL
Arrival must be on the appointed day between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. In case of delay please notify promptly. Otherwise, the apartment will be kept available for only one more day, after which it can be rented again.
4. APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
All apartments are fully furnished and have a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, kitchen battery, dishes, satellite TV, microwave oven, telephone, and safe. Sheets, a pillow and towels are provided for each sleeping place.
5. DEPARTURE
The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The kitchen area should be left clean and free of garbage.
6. CAUTION
The client agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and equipment provided. Complaints regarding the condition of the apartment and inventory must be reported within 24 hours after arrival. Any breakage or damage must be compensated at list prices. As a guarantee of the punctual repetition of the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 will be asked when collecting the keys on arrival. Said deposit will be returned only after inspection of the apartment.
7. RESPONSIBILITY.
No responsibility can be attributed to Apparthotel Villa Olga for any breakages, losses, thefts, delays and inconveniences in general that may occur during the guest’s stay. It will still lend its services to help solve any problems.
